Throughout January and February, the team completed the building of its first base in Sigman where the new road is being built. This base allows Ecotone Resilience to have its first local outpost and to establish itself within the local community. It also helps connect with a wider group as Sigman is the necessary passage onshore between Abra and Udalo. Another construction is planned inland within the next few months in order to have a base for the team who will continue to work on establishing the baseline in organic agriculture and reforestation.
